Cream Cheese and Broccoli Dip


This is one delicious dip (found on Food for Thought.)

1 8 oz package cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sour cream
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing
1 10 oz package broccoli (thawed and drained)
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (plus more for top)

Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and Italian Salad Dressing packet. Add broccoli and cheddar cheese. Pour into 9" pie dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes (or until cheese is melted). Serve with crackers.
