Meatballs


I got this recipe from our cousin Megan Mack. These meatballs are perfect for any spaghetti and could also make a fantastic meatball sub. After they are finished cooking smother them in your favorite spaghetti sauce and serve as desired.

1 ½ lb ground beef
¾ lb sausage
1 ½ cups bread crumbs
1 ½ cups grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 cup chopped parsley
1 cup chopped onion
4 cloves garlic (minced)
6 eggs

Mix ingredients together, form balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
